Individual Performance Goals definition

Individual Performance Goals means the objective performance goals established for an individual Participant in accordance with Section 5.6 below for any Performance Period.
Individual Performance Goals means specific measures of performance expected of each Participant as assigned and assessed by the relevant Company managers for each Bonus Period. The meeting of all or such portion of the Individual Performance Goals as required by the relevant Company manager in his or her discretion is a condition for Participant’s receipt of a Bonus Award for the applicable Bonus Period.
Individual Performance Goals means Performance Goals based on the attainment of individual business objectives and/or personal performance objectives. Individual Performance Goals may include personal performance objectives and measures such as teamwork, interpersonal skills, communication skills, employee development, project management skills, and leadership, or individual business objectives such as performance versus budget and attainment of safety, operational incident and environmental goals. The Individual Performance Goals will be established by the Administrator in its sole discretion or an immediate supervisor of a Participant to whom the Administrator delegates such authority.

Examples of Individual Performance Goals in a sentence

  • For an Officer, the Individual Performance Modifier will be determined by the Committee and may be based, in whole or in part, upon an evaluation of the extent to which such employee achieved his or her Individual Performance Goals (defined in subparagraph 2 above) established for the Plan Year.
