Individual PAGA Settlement Payment amounts shall be determined by the Settlement Administrator as follows: The “PAGA Amount” (or $3,750.00) shall be divided by the total number of workweeks Participating Class Members (regardless of whether they opt out of the Class Settlement Agreement) worked during the PAGA Period to determine the amount each Participating Class Member is entitled to for each workweek s/he was worked at Samsung through Staffmark during the PAGA Period.   • Individual Settlement Payment means the amount payable from the Net

  • Contract Adjustment Payments means amounts payable by the Company on each Contract Adjustment Payment Date in respect of each Purchase Contract, at a rate per year of 2.725% on the Stated Amount per Purchase Contract.

  • Viatical settlement provider means a person, other than a viator, who enters into or effectuates a viatical settlement contract. Viatical settlement provider does not include:
