Individual Note Certificates definition

Individual Note Certificates means the note certificates representing the Notes while in definitive form;

Individual Note Certificates. The Current Issuer shall issue Individual Note Certificates only if one or more of the following applies while the Current Issuer Notes are represented by Global Note Certificates. At any time after the 40th day following the later of the Closing Date and the date of the issue of such Global Note Certificates:

Individual Note Certificates means the Class A Individual Note Certificates, the Class B Individual Note Certificates and the Class C Individual Note Certificates, or any of them, as the context may require;

More Definitions of Individual Note Certificates

Individual Note Certificates means the Note Certificates in definitive, fully registered form, without coupons, substantially in the form set out in the Second Schedule and includes any replacement Individual Note Certificates issued pursuant to Condition 9;

Individual Note Certificates means the note certificates representing the Notes in definitive form, in the form, or substantially in the form, set out in the Note Trust Deed and "Individual Note Certificate" means any one of them.
