Individual Consumer definition

Individual Consumer means an individual who purchases JetBrains Products and/or Plugins, or is otherwise in a contractual relationship or deals with JetBrains in relation to JetBrains Products and/or Plugins outside the scope of their trade, business, craft or profession.
