Individual Consumer definition

Individual Consumer means an individual who purchases JetBrains Products and/or Plugins, or is otherwise in a contractual relationship or deals with JetBrains in relation to JetBrains Products and/or Plugins outside the scope of their trade, business, craft or profession.

• The ISP reserves the right to withhold any of these rights and/or resultant benefits until the Customer can prove to the ISP, which proof may be in the form of a set of financial statements or an identity document, that it is a Consumer (and in the case of a right which it wants to exercise under section 14 of the CPA, that it is an Individual Consumer).

• Where the Customer cannot show that it is a Consumer or Individual Consumer, Qwerti reserves the right to reverse or call for a refund of any rights or benefits permitted under the CPA and which the Customer has unlawfully taken advantage of.
