Individual Case Basis or "ICB" shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit I.

Individual PAGA Payment means the Aggrieved Employee’s pro rata share of 25% of the PAGA Penalties calculated according to the number of Workweeks worked during the PAGA Period.
Individual Objectives means as to a Participant, the objective and measurable goals set by a “management by objectives” process and approved by the Committee (in its discretion).
Consortium Members means the members of the Consortium, formed by the Bidder for purposes of the Transaction in accordance with this RFP and shall include members who have submitted the Format for Consortium Agreement (Annexure 5) specified in the RFP.

Individual Support Plan (ISP means the written details of the supports, activities, and resources required for an individual to achieve personal goals. The Individual Support Plan is developed at minimum annually to reflect decisions and agreements made during a person- centered process of planning and information gathering. The Individual Support Plan is the individual's plan of care for Medicaid purposes.
Political action committee or “PAC” means an organization whose purpose is to solicit and make Political Contributions.
COVID-19 case means a person who:

City Managerial Employee means the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager, the City Clerk, and any City department head or director. Actual miles means the actual distance a vehicle has traveled while in operation.
Individual contract means a contract for health care services issued to and covering an individual. The individual contract may include dependents of the subscriber.
Individual subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.
Community Developmental Disability Program (CDDP means an entity that is responsible for planning and delivery of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in a specific geographic service area of the state operated by or under a contract with the Division or a local mental health authority.
Person-Centered Service Plan means the details of the supports, desired outcomes, activities, and resources required for an individual to achieve and maintain personal goals, health, and safety, as described in OAR 411-004-0030.
Student growth objective means an academic goal that teachers and designated supervisors set for groups of students.
Burswood Casino means that area in the Resort Complex identified in the Drawings as the area to constitute the casino and includes the area in which money counting, surveillance, storage and other activities relating to the conduct and playing of Games are carried on or, if and when the area to which the Burswood Casino Licence relates is fixed pursuant to section 21(4a) of the Control Act, the area so fixed as thereafter altered from time to time in accordance with that section;
