Individual Assessments definition

Individual Assessments means any assessment levied only against a Lot, Home or Unit Owner for charges, expenses and professional fees incurred by the Association to correct maintenance obligations or other violations of the Governing Documents.
Individual Assessments means the Assessments described in Section 10.8.
Individual Assessments means Assessments levied against some, but notall of the Units.

Examples of Individual Assessments in a sentence

  • Individual Assessments shall be for the costs incurred by the Association which by nature are applicable only to one or more Lots, but less than all Lots.

  • Special and Special Individual Assessments are due on the date(s) specified upon imposition and each installment thereof shall be delinquent if not received by the Association within thirty (30) days after it is due.

More Definitions of Individual Assessments

Individual Assessments means charges established and assessed by the Association pursuant to Section 5.6 of this Declaration.
