Examples of Individual Assessments in a sentence
Individual Assessments shall be for the costs incurred by the Association which by nature are applicable only to one or more Lots, but less than all Lots.
Special and Special Individual Assessments are due on the date(s) specified upon imposition and each installment thereof shall be delinquent if not received by the Association within thirty (30) days after it is due.
