Individual Assessment definition

Individual Assessment means a “Special Individual Assessment” as described in Article V of the CC&Rs.
Individual Assessment means and refer to any Assessment levied by the Association against a particular Lot or Parcel for costs incurred specifically with respect to that Lot or Parcel.
