Indirectly Connected definition

Indirectly Connected means a Facility which is connected to the LDC distribution system in an arrangement which is associated with a load customer or premises.
Indirectly Connected or “Indirectly Connect” refers to a network arrangement in which the networks of the Parties are connected through a Third Party Provider’s facilities.

Examples of Indirectly Connected in a sentence

  • Indirectly connected Account Holders (Indirectly Connected Parties, ICPs) can use the T2S service through KELER, in the communication channels provided by KELER (KID, SWIFT) and with the use of message formats defined by KELER.

  • T2S settlements for T2S Indirectly Connected Participants (ICPs) are charged at a differentiated rate; for T2S Directly Connected Participants (DCPs), the same rate applies as for non-T2S settlements.

  • A Master Consumer shall not Energise the premises of any Indirectly Connected Consumer until that Indirectly Connected Consumer provides evidence that it has established an account with the Market Support Services Licensee.

  • The Master Consumer shall, when approving any Indirectly Connected Consumer’s load, ensure that the total load at the Master Consumer’s Premises shall not exceed the Approved Load of the Premises.

  • For Indirectly Connected LT Consumers, the Service Connection to the Premises shall be supplied, installed and maintained by me/us.

  • Participants in T2S may be Directly Connected Parties (DCPs) or Indirectly Connected Parties (ICPs).

  • indirectly as used in this section and section 8 below is intended to include any acts authorized or directed by or on behalf of the Employee or any Affiliate of the Employee.

  • Related Business Assets means assets (other than cash or Cash Equivalents) used or useful in a Similar Business; provided that any assets received by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary in exchange for assets transferred by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary shall not be deemed to be Related Business Assets if they consist of securities of a Person, unless upon receipt of the securities of such Person, such Person would become a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Inter-connected Entity means two or more companies having any of the following features:-

  • Excluded Businesses means Business types which are excluded from application for an Inter-Community Business Licence and includes those Business types referred to in Schedule “A”.

  • Connected Persons means, in each case, to the extent that they are involved in the Transaction are the Employer’s directors, shareholders, affiliate(s), officers, employees and advisers, agents and representatives;

  • Indirect Losses means loss of profits, loss of production, loss of business, loss of business opportunity, or any claim for consequential loss or for indirect loss of any nature;

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Primarily means machinery and equipment used 50 percent or more of the time in an activity described in paragraph (a).

  • Women-owned business means a business that is at least 51 percent owned by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, or in the case of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity, at least 51 percent of the equity ownership interest is owned by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more women.

  • Principal Business means the primary activity as determined by analyzing the amount of capi- tal, labor, time, attention, and floor space devoted to each business activity and by analyz- ing the sources of net income and gross income. The name, appearance, and advertising of the entity may also be taken into consideration if they are given less weight.
