Indirect Traffic definition

Indirect Traffic means traffic which is originated by one Party and terminated to the other Party in which a third party Telecommunications Carrier provides the intermediary transiting service. Indirect traffic does not require a physical direct trunk group between the Parties.

More Definitions of Indirect Traffic

  • Indirect holdings means all securities of a company that are held in an account or fund, including a mutual fund, that is managed by one or more persons who are not employed by the state treasurer or a retirement system, if the state treasurer or retirement system owns shares or interests either:

  • Traffic means pedestrians, ridden or herded animals, vehicles, streetcars, and other conveyances either singly or together while using any highway for purposes of travel.
