Indirect Participants definition

Indirect Participants. Has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(b) of this Trust Supplement.

  • With respect to Notes registered in the Note Register in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of DTC, the Issuer and the Global Agent shall have no responsibility or obligation to Direct or Indirect Participants or Beneficial Owners for which DTC holds Notes from time to time as a depositary.

  • Definitive Notes issued in exchange for beneficial interests in the Global Notes of the same series pursuant to this Section 2.08(e) shall be registered in such names and in such authorized denominations as the Depository, pursuant to instructions from its direct or Indirect Participants or otherwise (in accordance with its customary procedures), shall instruct the Trustee.

Indirect Participants. Entities, such as banks, brokers, dealers and trust companies, that clear through or maintain a custodial relationship with a Participant, either directly or indirectly.
