Indirect Losses definition

Indirect Losses means loss of profits, loss of production, loss of business, loss of business opportunity, or any claim for consequential loss or for indirect loss of any nature;
Indirect Losses means loss of profit, loss of business, loss of business opportunity (in each case whether direct, indirect or consequential) or any other claim for special, consequential or indirect loss of any nature;
Indirect Losses means exemplary or punitive damages or any consequential loss or indirect loss of any nature, including loss of goodwill;

Examples of Indirect Losses in a sentence

  • Unless specifically allowed in this Agreement, neither party to this Agreement will be liable to the other party, whether in contract or in tort or on any other basis whatsoever, for any Indirect Losses suffered or incurred by that other party.

  • This exclusion of Indirect Losses as outlined herein, shall apply in favour of the Provider whether any claim in respect thereof is founded in contract, negligence or other tort, by statute, or any other legal theory.
