Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework definition

Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means the indigenous peoples planning framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework means the document entitled “Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework for PNPM Peduli”, which is an annex to the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual and which sets out procedures designed to: (a) involve Indigenous Peoples, through a process of free, prior and informed consultation, in the design and implementation of Sub-projects in locations in which such people reside or make their living; and (b) design and implement measures to provide benefits which are socially and culturally acceptable to them, and reduce, mitigate and offset adverse impacts of Sub-projects, as such operating procedures may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Bank and the Recipient.
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework means the framework for preparation of Indigenous Peoples Plans by the relevant Participating Provinces set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Environmental and Social Management Framework and the Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework.

Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework means the Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework for the Original Project as revised and duly adopted by the Borrower and publically disclosed by the Borrower on April 15, 2010, which sets forth the guidelines, satisfactory to the Bank, to address any social or cultural impact on Indigenous Peoples caused by the execution of the Project, including screening and monitoring procedures and the development of Indigenous Peoples development plan or plans, where applicable.
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means an instrument dated April 9, 2009 satisfactory to the Association outlining the basis for identifying indigenous peoples and their rights as the same may be amended from time to time with the Association prior written concurrence;
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means the Borrower’s framework dated July 2010, acceptable to the Bank, as published and available to the public on September 2010, defining the guidelines and procedures for managing the impacts of the Project on indigenous peoples, as well as for the preparation and/or updating any Indigenous Peoples Plan (as the case may be).
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework means the Framework adopted by the Borrower through the COLCIENCIAS on April 15, 2010, and referred to in paragraph D of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such Framework may be amended from time to time with the prior approval of the Bank.
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework means the document dated October, 2009, published and available to the public on the website xxx.xxxx.xx.xxx.xx, which contains the principles and protection measures in respect of indigenous peoples that shall apply to the preparation and carrying out the Project including any Subproject, as said framework may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior approval.
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means the Recipient’s indigenous peoples planning framework acceptable to the Association and disclosed on February 25, 2020, which sets out the principles, organizational arrangements (including consultation, budget and disclosure), and design criteria to be applied to Project and Sub-project activities which affect indigenous peoples, including the preparation of indigenous peoples plans, as such framework may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework means the Indigenous Peoples planning framework dated March 29, 2006, duly adopted by DOH, which sets forth the measures, satisfactory to the Bank, to ensure that the health sector reform program supported by the Project adequately addresses the needs and cultural preferences of Indigenous Peoples and that Indigenous People participate in the benefit of the reform program under the Project.
