Indigenous Australian means a person of Aboriginal or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island descent who identifies as an Aboriginal or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island person and is accepted as such by his/her Aboriginal or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander community.
