Indexation Adviser definition

Indexation Adviser means a gilt-edged market maker or other adviser selected by the Issuer;
Indexation Adviser has the meaning set out in Condition 5(a);
Indexation Adviser means an internationally recognised investment bank or financial adviser recognised as having expertise in indexation matters appointed by the Issuer in such capacity to perform certain functions in respect of Index-Linked Bonds as set out in these Conditions.

  • Any Indexation Adviser and/or Expert appointed pursuant to the provisions of this Condition 5 shall act as an expert and not as an arbitrator and all fees, costs and expenses of the Indexation Adviser and/or Expert and of the Issuer and the Trustee in connection with such appointment shall be borne by the Issuer, and neither the Indexation Adviser nor the Expert shall be liable to Noteholders or Couponholders for determinations made by it pursuant to the provisions of this Condition 5.

  • Where the provisions of Condition 7(c)(ii) (Delay in publication of Index) apply, the determination of the Indexation Adviser as to the Index Figure applicable to the month in which the date for payment falls shall be conclusive and binding.
