Indexation Adjustment definition

Indexation Adjustment has the meaning given to that term in:
Indexation Adjustment has the meaning given to that term in Clause 13.1 (Indexation Adjustment);
Indexation Adjustment has the meaning given in Schedule 3. Individual Management Plan or IMP has the meaning given in the Service Requirements in Schedule 1. Industrial Instruments means awards, workplace agreements, industrial agreements of any kind, contract determinations or orders or any industrial tribunal or court to which the Contractor is subject to and which relates to the provision of the Services and this Contract.

Examples of Indexation Adjustment in a sentence

  • The earliest Indexation Adjustment Date will be the (1st) Working Day following the expiry of the period specified in paragraph 8.2 of this Call Off Schedule 3 during which the Contract Charges shall remain fixed (and no review under this paragraph 11 is permitted).

  • Thereafter any subsequent increase to any of the Framework Prices in accordance with this paragraph 4 shall not occur before the anniversary of the previous Indexation Adjustment Date.

  • Thereafter any subsequent increase by way of Indexation shall not occur before the anniversary of the previous Indexation Adjustment Date during the Call Off Contract Period; Except as set out in this paragraph 69.

Related to Indexation Adjustment

  • Capitalization Adjustment means any change that is made in, or other events that occur with respect to, the Common Stock subject to the Plan or subject to any Purchase Right after the date the Plan is adopted by the Board without the receipt of consideration by the Company through merger, consolidation, reorganization, recapitalization, reincorporation, stock dividend, dividend in property other than cash, large nonrecurring cash dividend, stock split, liquidating dividend, combination of shares, exchange of shares, change in corporate structure or other similar equity restructuring transaction, as that term is used in Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification Topic 718 (or any successor thereto). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the conversion of any convertible securities of the Company will not be treated as a Capitalization Adjustment.

  • True-Up Adjustment means any Semi-Annual True-Up Adjustment or Interim True-Up Adjustment, as the case may be.

  • Index Adjustment Event means, in respect of the Index, an Administrator/Benchmark Event, an Index Cancellation, an Index Disruption or an Index Modification.

  • ISDA Fallback Adjustment means the spread adjustment (which may be a positive or negative value or zero) that would apply for derivatives transactions referencing the ISDA Definitions to be determined upon the occurrence of an index cessation event with respect to the Benchmark for the applicable tenor.

  • SOFR Adjustment means 0.10% (10 basis points).
