Index Shares definition

Index Shares means the shares listed on the regulated market being the shares of the companies which are constituent components of the respective index.

Index Shares means the shares listed on the Stock Exchange of those companies which are for the time being the constituent companies of the Hang Seng Index;

Index Shares means shares of all or any of the constituent companies of the relevant Underlying Index.
