Index Modification definition

Index Modification means in respect of an Index, the Index Sponsor announces that it shall make a material change in the formula for or the method of calculating that Index or in any other way materially modifies that Index (other than a modification prescribed in that formula or method to maintain that Index in the event of changes in constituent stock and capitalisation and other routine events).
Index Modification means the Index Sponsor announces that it will make a change in the formula for or the method of calculating the Index which the Calculation Agent determines is material or, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, in any other way materially modifies the Index (other than a modification prescribed in that formula or method to maintain the Index in the event of changes in its constituents and other routine events);
Index Modification means, in respect of an Index, the relevant Index Sponsor announces that it will make (in the opinion of the Calculation Agent) a material change in the formula for or the method of calculating such Index or in any other way materially modifies such Index (other than a modification prescribed in that formula or method to maintain such Index in the event of changes in constituent securities and capitalisation and other routine events);

Index Modification means, in respect of an Index, the relevant Sponsor or Successor Sponsor, if applicable, on or prior to any Reference Date, Averaging Reference Date, Observation Date or other relevant date, makes or announces that it will make a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating such Index, or in any other way materially modifies such Index (other than a modification prescribed in that formula or method to maintain such Index in the event of changes in the Components, capitalisation and/or other routine events).
Index Modification means the Index Sponsor announces that it will make (in the opinion of the Issuer) a material change in the formula for or the method of calculating the Index or in any other way materially modifies the Index.
Index Modification means the Index Sponsor or Successor Index Sponsor, as applicable, on or prior to any Reference Date or any other relevant date, making or announcing that it will make amaterial change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Index, or in any other way materially modifying such Index (other than a modification prescribed in that formula or method to maintain such Index in the event of changes in the Components, capitalisation and/or other routine events), as determined by the Calculation Agent.
