Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Indexat the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), allas determined by the Calculation Agent.

Index Level means, in respect of an Index on any Valuation Date, the level of the Index published by the Index Sponsor.

Index Level means the level of the Index as determined by the Determination Agent by reference to the level of the Index published by the Index Administrator.

Examples of Index Level in a sentence

Initial Index Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the definition of Indices above, being the Index Level for such Index on the Strike Date for such Index.

More Definitions of Index Level

Index Level means the Level of the Reference Asset as defined in § 3 of the Issue Specific Conditions. "Index Sponsor" has the meaning as defined in § 3 of the Issue Specific Conditions.

Index Level means the level of the Index as calculated by the Index Calculation Agent on the basis of the respective Basket Level (see Appendix (b)) and the Money Market Instrument (see section 3 - Index Calculation - of this Index Description), and published in accordance with section 4 - Index Publication - of this Index Description by the Index Calculation Agent.
