Index Disruption definition

Index Disruption means in respect of an Index on any Valuation Date, the Index Sponsor fails to calculate and announce such Index.
Index Disruption means, in respect of an Index, the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index fails to calculate and announce the Index Level.

  • Certain events ("Index Disruption and Adjustment Events") may occur with respect to a Reference Index or the ability of an Approved Counterparty to perform its obligations under one or more derivative contracts.

Index Disruption means, in respect of an Index, that on any Valuation Date the Sponsor fails to calculate and announce a relevant Index.
