Independent Valuation Firm definition

Independent Valuation Firm means Houlihan, Lokey, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Inc., Xxxx & Xxxxxx Corporation, Valuation Research Corporation, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Company, CBIZ, Inc., Capstone Valuation Services, LLC and any other firm approved by Party A in its reasonable discretion.

Independent Valuation Firm means a recognized firm that, in the reasonable judgment of the Board of Directors, is qualified to serve as an independent valuation advisor to the Company.

Independent Valuation Firm means, Lincoln International, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx & Xxxxxx and any additional valuation firms approved by the Borrower and the Controlling Lenders.

Examples of Independent Valuation Firm in a sentence

• Independent Valuation Firm is comprised of licensed private firm with valid license for valuation activities was engaged.
