Notice of this right will be included in the written determination from the Contractor or Independent Review Organization.
When Manufacturer is required to obtain information from Service Provider outside the annual audit, Service Provider agrees to respond promptly to any such requests for information from Manufacturer or any third party person(s) designated by Manufacturer (including, but not limited to, Manufacturer’s CIA Independent Review Organization, Manufacturer’s Consent Decree Independent Auditor and Manufacturer Quality Assurance).
