Independent Product definition

Independent Product means a former Collaboration Product for which a Party terminated its participation in such Product pursuant to Section 4.1, and as to which no Indication is (i) being developed under the Collaboration, or (ii) is the subject of a proposal made in writing to the JSC under Section 3.10(a) as to which the JSC has not made a decision.

More Definitions of Independent Product

Independent Product shall have such meaning as set forth in Article 3.10.
