Independent Policy definition

Independent Policy means a Texas Legal policy document, including a Policy, Declarations Page, and Schedule of Benefits, that is issued by Texas Legal directly to a person who purchased the policy document from Texas Legal apart from any Master Policy for group legal services, and which includes a description of all Covered Legal Services, exclusions, and limitations, and all terms and conditions related to same that are offered under that Independent Policy.
