Independent Firm definition

Independent Firm means a recognized law or accounting firm; provided, however, that such term shall not include any accounting firm that performs or has preformed audit services with respect to Distributing or Controlled.
Independent Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 10.03 of this Agreement.
Independent Firm has the meaning provided in Section 3.2(b).

Examples of Independent Firm in a sentence

  • The Broadcaster will intimate the Operator in the event that it exercises its option to appoint the Independent Firm.
