Independent Environmental Consultant definition

Independent Environmental Consultant means FBA Consulting or such other Person(s), so long as no Default has occurred and is continuing, reasonably acceptable to the Borrower, as the Administrative Agent may engage on behalf of the Lenders to act as Independent Environmental Consultant for the purposes of this Agreement.
Independent Environmental Consultant has the meaning specified for such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Independent Environmental Consultant has the meaning given in Section 7.11(e).

  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is an assessment of the environmental condition of the Property performed in accordance with the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard E1527-05 “Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process,” or any successor to such ASTM Standard which is active at the time of the assessment.

  • Environmental Assessment means an assessment of the presence, storage or release of any hazardous or toxic substance, pollutant or contaminant with respect to the collateral securing a Shared-Loss Loan that has been fully or partially charged off.
