Annex A-2: Results/Performance Threshold Validation Format This form will be completed by the Independent Assessor (IA) each time a milestone or target result or a performance threshold needs to be validated, at least [once] per year or more frequently depending on the agreement.
Independent Assessor An independent third-party responsible for validating if indicator targets have been met as well as for providing the documentation to trigger release of funds for payment to the Responsible Party under a Performance-Based Payment agreement.
The Independent Assessor shall have access to all data and reports necessary to fulfill the tasks of the Independent Assessor, including data and reports prepared by the Financial Advisor.
