The following days are observed as holidays by state agencies in accordance with section 110.117, F.S.: • New Year’s Day • Birthday of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx., third Monday in January • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Veterans’ Day, November 11 • Thanksgiving Day • Friday after Thanksgiving • Christmas Day If any of these holidays falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as a holiday.
The CONTRACTOR agrees to designate $100,000 of the total management fee each year to support the following community events: The Annual 4th of July (Independence Day) Celebration, Dia de los Muertos, Musica en la Plaza, and Winter Wonderland.
The regular paid holidays observed by Rutgers are: New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth (to be observed annually on the third Friday of June), Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
The recognized holidays hereunder shall be: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
For the purpose of this Agreement, the following days shall be considered paid holidays on the day observed by the City as the holiday for all regular employees: New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Day, and all days of General and Congressional Elections (excluding Primary Elections) throughout the State.
