Indenture Trustee Fee Claims has the meaning set forth in Section 10.13 of this Plan.
Indenture Trustee Fee Claims means the claims of the Secured Notes Indenture Trustee for compensation and reimbursement of expenses pursuant to the terms of the Indentures and/or documents ancillary thereto.
Indenture Trustee Fee Claims means the reasonable fees, costs, and expenses incurred by the Indenture Trustee in the performance of its duties and as provided under the 10-3/4% Indenture (including the reasonable fees, costs, and expenses incurred by the Indenture Trustee’s professionals) prior to the Effective Date (to the extent not paid as of the Effective Date); provided, that such fees, costs, and expenses are reimbursable under the terms of the 10-3/4% Indenture.
