Indenture Trustee Fee definition

Indenture Trustee Fee means a fee that is separately agreed to between the Master Servicer and the Indenture Trustee.

Indenture Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $5,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in June of each year, commencing in 2017.

Indenture Trustee Fee means a monthly fee equal to 1/12th of $15,000, payable on each Payment Date.
