Indenture Obligations definition

Indenture Obligations means the obligations of the Company and any other obligor under this Indenture or under the Notes, including any Guarantor, to pay principal of, premium, if any, and interest when due and payable, and all other amounts due or to become due under or in connection with this Indenture, the Notes and the performance of all other obligations to the Trustee and the Holders under this Indenture and the Notes, according to the respective terms thereof.
Indenture Obligations means the obligations of the Company and any other obligor under this Supplemental Indenture or under the Notes, including any Guarantor, to pay principal of, premium, if any, and interest when due and payable, and all other amounts due or to become due under or in connection with this Supplemental Indenture, the Notes and the performance of all other obligations to the Trustee and the Holders under this Supplemental Indenture and the Notes, according to the terms hereof or thereof.
Indenture Obligations means the obligations of the Company and any other obligor hereunder or under the Securities to pay principal of (and premium, if any) and interest on the Securities when due and payable at Maturity, and all other amounts due or to become due under or in connection with this Indenture, the Securities and the performance of all other obligations to the Trustee (including all amounts due to the Trustee under Section 607 hereof) and the Holders under this Indenture and the Securities, according to the terms hereof and thereof.

Examples of Indenture Obligations in a sentence

  • No remedy herein conferred upon or reserved to the Trustee or to the Holders of Indenture Obligations is intended to be exclusive of any other remedy or remedies, and each and every such remedy, to the extent permitted by law, shall be cumulative and in addition to any other remedy given hereunder or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or otherwise.

Indenture Obligations means all Obligations in respect of the Notes or arising under the Indenture Documents. Indenture Obligations shall include all interest accrued (or which would, absent the commencement of an insolvency or liquidation proceeding, accrue) after the commencement of an insolvency or liquidation proceeding in accordance with and at the rate specified in the relevant Indenture Document whether or not the claim for such interest is allowed as a claim in such insolvency or liquidation proceeding.
