Indenture Indebtedness definition

Indenture Indebtedness means, collectively or individually, as the context may require, 2010-9.0% Indenture Indebtedness, 2012-7.0% Indenture Indebtedness and the related Permitted Indenture Refinancing Indebtedness, if any.
Indenture Indebtedness means, collectively or individually, as the context may require, 2003-8.625% Indenture Indebtedness, 2009-5.0% Indenture Indebtedness, 2010-9.0% Indenture Indebtedness and the related Permitted Indenture Refinancing Indebtedness, if any.
Indenture Indebtedness means (i) at any time prior to the issuance of any Refinancing Notes, the 2012 Notes, and (ii) at any time after the issuance of any Refinancing Notes, the Refinancing Notes (and, for the period of 35 days after such issuance, the 2012 Notes).

Indenture Indebtedness means all indebtedness of the Issuer at the time secured by this Indenture, including without limitation (a) all Debt Service on the Bonds and (b) all reasonable fees, charges and disbursements of the Trustee for services performed and disbursements made under this Indenture.
