Indenture Collateral Documents definition

Indenture Collateral Documents means the Indenture Security Documents and any document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document at any time or otherwise pursuant to which a Lien is granted by a Credit Party to secure the Indenture Secured Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed, as the same may be amended, renewed, extended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
Indenture Collateral Documents means the Indenture Pledge Agreement and all other security agreements, mortgages, pledge agreements, collateral access agreements, control agreements or other documents delivered by any Obligor to the Trustee to secure the Indenture Secured Claims.
Indenture Collateral Documents means the “Collateral Documents” as defined in the Indenture.

  • Each acknowledgement, agreement, consent and waiver (whether express or implied) in this Agreement made by any Second Lien Representative and any Second Lien Collateral Agent, whether on behalf of itself or any of its Related Second Lien Claimholders, is made in reliance on the authority granted to it pursuant to the authorization thereof under the 2021 Indenture, Other Second Lien Agreement, 2021 Indenture Collateral Documents or Other Second Lien Collateral Documents, as the context may require.

Indenture Collateral Documents collectively, the Borrower Security Agreement (14% Indenture), the Borrower Security Agreement (9 1/2% Indenture), the Parent Security Agreement (14% Indenture), the Parent Security Agreement (9 1/2% Indenture), the Subsidiary Security Agreement (14% Indenture) and the Subsidiary Security Agreement (9 1/2% Indenture).

Indenture Collateral Documents means all pledge or security agreements, and any other agreement securing, the Senior Secured Notes or any obligations owing pursuant to the Indenture, whether now in existence or at any time entered into, including, without limitation all Collateral Agreements as defined in the Indenture as in effect on the date hereof.
