Initially, the Issuer has contracted with the Servicer and the Indenture Administrator to assist the Issuer in performing its duties under this Indenture.
U.S. Bank Trust National Association, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may deal with the Depositor, the holder of the Residual Interest, the Servicer, the Indenture Administrator and the Indenture Trustee in banking transactions with the same rights as it would have if it were not the Owner Trustee.
The Indenture Administrator will monitor the performance of the Issuer and will advise the Owner Trustee when action is necessary to comply with the Issuer’s duties under the DTC Letter.
