• The sole recourse of the Indemnified Parties for indemnification claims for breach of the Wolt representations and warranties will be the Indemnity Escrow Available Recourse; provided, however, that the aforementioned limitation will not apply to breaches of fundamental representations or warranties or any fraud by Wolt.
