Indemnitee Group definition

Indemnitee Group means the respective Affiliates, employees, officers, directors and agents of the Agent (in its individual capacity), each Lender or the Lessor, as applicable; provided, however, that in no event shall the Lessee be a member of the Indemnitee Group.

More Definitions of Indemnitee Group

Indemnitee Group means, with respect to a Party, such Party, its Affiliates and their respective officers, directors and employees; provided, however, for purposes of this definition, Affiliates shall not include the other Party hereto.
