Indemnifier definition

Indemnifier means any Party obligated to provide indemnification under this Agreement;

Indemnifier has the meaning given to it in subparagraph 11(a);

Indemnifier has the meaning given to it in section 9.3;

Examples of Indemnifier in a sentence

• The party having, or claiming to have, the benefit of the indemnity is referred to as the "Beneficiary" and the party giving the indemnity is referred to as the "Indemnifier".

• The party having, or claiming to have, the benefit of the indemnity or right to compensation is referred to as the "Beneficiary" and the party from whom the indemnity or compensation is sought is referred to as the "Indemnifier".
