Indemnified Costs definition

Indemnified Costs has the meaning specified in Section 8.05(a).

Indemnified Costs shall have the meaning assigned to such term in SECTION 10.7.

Indemnified Costs means Buyer Indemnified Costs and Seller Indemnified Costs, as applicable.

Examples of Indemnified Costs in a sentence

• In the case of any investigation, litigation or proceeding giving rise to any Indemnified Costs, this Section 7.05 applies whether any such investigation, litigation or proceeding is brought by the Agent, any Lender or a third party.

More Definitions of Indemnified Costs

Indemnified Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.11 hereof.

Indemnified Costs means the Buyer Indemnified Costs or the Seller Indemnified Costs, as the case may be.
