Incubation Phase definition

Incubation Phase means the initial phase of the Project during which the Software will be developed only by Participants and ONF and during which the Software may not be distributed to persons other than ONF and Participants.
Incubation Phase means the second phase of the application process following the Programme Pitch;

  • Incubation Participants that are invited to the Incubation Phase will be asked to continue to refine their business idea.

  • The Investment Committee reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Applicant or Incubation Participant, for any reason including if they are acting in a manner that is inappropriate, not in the best interests of BC, the Programme Pitch and/or Incubation Phase, or a violation of any applicable law or regulation.2. The Investment Committee reserves the right to take legal action, including, without limitation, referral to law enforcement for any illegal or unlawful activities.

  • Amended governance rules to govern the TST during the Open Source Phase will be created during the Incubation Phase by the TST and approved by the Project Board.

Related to Incubation Phase

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Stage 1 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is the subject of this Agreement and of the ERMP and which is shown bordered in purple as “stage 1” on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1743;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Lateral Access Roads has the meaning given in subclause (3)(a)(iv));

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

  • Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2017, the minimum amount of capacity that PJM will seek to procure from Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources for the PJM Region and for each Locational Deliverability Area for which the Office of the Interconnection is required under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a) to establish a separate VRR Curve for such Delivery Year. For the PJM Region, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the RTO Reliability Requirement minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for the PJM Region in Unforced Capacity]. For an LDA, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the LDA Reliability Requirement minus [the LDA CETL] minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for such LDA in Unforced Capacity]. The LDA CETL may be adjusted pro rata for the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. Minimum Generation Emergency:

  • Phase III means Phase I (or Phase I/II), Phase II (or Phase II/III) and Phase III clinical trials, respectively, in each case as prescribed by applicable FDA IND Regulations, or any corresponding foreign statutes, rules or regulations.
