Incremental Operating Costs definition

Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient’s implementing agencies on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, advertising, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance costs, travel and supervision costs, and salaries of supporting staff, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.
Incremental Operating Costs means reasonable expenditures directly related to the Project, incurred by the Borrower (which expenditures would not have been incurred absent the Project), for the operation of the Project Coordination Unit, including costs for communication, postage, stationery, translations, technology support, photocopying, office consumables, transportation, procurement advertising, and travel per diem of Project staff, but excluding salaries and allowances.
Incremental Operating Costs means the reasonable costs of incremental expenditures incurred by the Recipient in implementing the Project (which expenditures would not have been incurred absent the Project), namely the costs of communication, travel and per diem expenses, office rental and office consumables, and salaries for contracted staff, but excluding salaries and salary supplements of civil servants.

Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the PIU on account of reasonable and necessary activities directly related to the Project implementation, management and monitoring, including office supplies, travel and salaries, but excluding the salaries of the civil servants, and any other expenditures that may be agreed upon by the Bank.
Incremental Operating Costs means reasonable expenditures incurred by the Project Coordination Office in managing and coordinating the implementation of the Project, including expenditures for office consumables and communication, and for the dissemination of Project documents, which expenditures would not have been incurred absent the Project, but excluding salaries.
