Incorporation of the Agreement. All capitalized terms which are not defined hereunder shall have the same meanings as set forth in the Agreement, and the Agreement, to the extent not inconsistent with this Amendment, is incorporated herein by this reference as though the same were set forth in its entirety. To the extent any terms and provisions of the Agreement are inconsistent with the amendments set forth in Paragraph 2 below, such terms and provisions shall be deemed superseded hereby. Except as specifically set forth herein, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and its provisions shall be binding on the parties hereto.

Except as specifically set forth herein, the LLC Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and its provisions shall be binding on the parties hereto.
Incorporation of the Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby incorporated in this Addendum as if fully set forth herein except as modified in this Addendum. All capitalized terms used in this Addendum but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. The Transfer Agent and WFFM agree that for purposes of this Addendum, WFFM shall be deemed to have executed the Agreement in place of the Trusts and to have accepted the terms thereof, and the Transfer Agent further agrees that WFFM and not the Trusts shall be solely responsible under this Addendum.
Incorporation of the Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby incorporated in this Amendment as if fully set forth herein except as modified in this Amendment. All capitalized terms used in this Amendment but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. The Transfer Agent and WFFM agree that for purposes of this Amendment, WFFM shall be deemed to have executed the Agreement in place of the Trusts and to have accepted the terms thereof, and the Transfer Agent further agrees that WFFM and not the Trusts shall be solely responsible under this Amendment. To the extent of any conflict between the Agreement, Addendum 1 and this Amendment, this Amendment shall control.
