Incorporated Municipalities refers to the cities of Pasco, Mesa, Connell, and Kahlotus.
Incorporated Municipalities means those duly incorporated municipalities in Okaloosa County consisting of Cinco Bayou, Crestview, Destin, Fort Xxxxxx Beach, Laurel Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Niceville, Shalimar and Valparaiso.
