Included Program definition

Included Program means each Current Film and Library Film that Licensee licenses in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Included Program means any Feature Film and/or Television Episode made available by Licensor and licensed by Licensee hereunder in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Included Program means a VOD Included Program or an ODRL Included Program.

Examples of Included Program in a sentence

• Licensee shall not authorize any use of any video reproduction or compressed digitized copy of any Included Program for any purpose other than as is expressly permitted herein.

• No exhibitions of any Included Program hereunder shall be interrupted for intermission, commercials or any other similar commercial announcements of any kind.

• Without limiting the foregoing, Licensee shall not delete the copyright notice or credits from the main or end title of any Included Program or from any other materials supplied by Licensor hereunder.

• Licensee shall not make, or authorize any others to make, any modifications, deletions, cuts, alterations or additions in or to any Included Program without the prior written consent of Licensor.

• Licensee shall immediately notify Licensor of any unauthorized transmissions or exhibitions of any Included Program of which it becomes aware.

More Definitions of Included Program

Included Program means each Episode and Feature Film made available by Studio to Comcast and selected by Comcast for distribution on a DHE basis hereunder.

Included Program means each Television Episode that Licensee is required to license for exhibition on an FVOD basis hereunder, in accordance with Section 4.1 of the Principal Terms.

Included Program means VOD Included Program or SVOD Included Program, as applicable.

Included Program means each of the Current Features, Library Features and Television Episodes licensed in accordance with Section 4.1.

Included Program means UV Included Programs and Non-UV Included Programs, as applicable.

Included Program means each feature-length program (regardless of what medium such program was first released) designated by Licensor and each mutually-agreed (email to suffice) Television Episodes (by complete season unless otherwise agreed), in each case for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all necessary exploitation rights, licenses and approvals, that is made available by Licensor to Licensee for license on a DHE basis in the Territory (subject to Section 2.6 below and it being agreed that Included Programs may vary by Territory) and licensed by Licensee hereunder, including (subject to Section 10.2 below) Extra Content associated therewith.

Included Program means the Current Films and Library Films in Approved 4K Format which Licensee licenses in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as set forth in Section 4.
