Incident Record definition

Incident Record is defined as the item used to identify an individual Support Request that has been submitted to EVERTEC.
Incident Record means a record in NTT’s Management System generated by the Client or NTT that records and t racks a request related to an Incident.
Incident Record or “Incident Ticket” means a record containing the details of an Incident as such record is updated to document the actions taken as part of the End-to-End resolution process.

Incident Record. A record containing the details of an Incident. Each Incident Record documents the Lifecycle of a single Incident and is stored in the Incident Management System.
