Incident Management System a System which manages incidents occurring at the member and provider levels and includes the activities of incident discovery, report, response, investigation, remediation, and data collection and analysis in order to a) assure member health and safety; b) reduce member incident risk(s), and; c) enable development of strategies to prevent future incident occurrence(s).
