Incident Management definition

Incident Management means a framework of processes designed to identify, raise, allocate responsibility for, track and close Incidents. Incident Management Log has the meaning given to that expression in Section H9.3 (Incident Management Log).
Incident Management means the Process responsible for managing the lifecycle of all Incidents. Incident management ensures that normal service operation is restored as quickly as possible and the business impact is minimized;

  • The MCOP shall report and address all incidents for MyCare Ohio waiver and SRS program members in accordance with OAC rule 5160-44- 05 via entry into the ODM Incident Management System.
