Incentive Target Percentage definition

Incentive Target Percentage means the targeted level of compensation underlying an Award granted to a Participant for a Performance Period, expressed as a percentage of the Participant’s Eligible Earnings (for Participants in the ELTI Program, the local base salary midpoint earned during the Performance Period).
Incentive Target Percentage means the percentage of a Participant’s Eligible Base Earnings that is targeted to achievement of 100% of EBITDA Target. Participants will be advised of their specific Incentive Target Percentage and the EBITDA Target(s) in writing.

  • Group 1 Countries: the sum of the product of a Participant’s month-end Eligible Earnings, multiplied by the Incentive Target Percentage for the Participant’s salary grade in the respective month, for each month the Participant is eligible to participate in the Plan.

Related to Incentive Target Percentage

  • Target Percentage means those percentages assigned to Participants pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.

  • Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.

The “Share Amount” as of any day is the number of Shares that Dealer and any person whose ownership position would be aggregated with that of Dealer (Dealer or any such person, a “Dealer Person”) under any law, rule, regulation, regulatory order or organizational documents or contracts of Counterparty that are, in each case, applicable to ownership of Shares (“Applicable Restrictions”), owns, beneficially owns, constructively owns, controls, holds the power to vote or otherwise meets a relevant definition of ownership under any Applicable Restriction, as determined by Dealer in its reasonable discretion. The “Applicable Share Limit” means a number of Shares equal to (A) the minimum number of Shares that could give rise to reporting or registration obligations or other requirements (including obtaining prior approval from any person or entity) of a Dealer Person, or could result in an adverse effect on a Dealer Person, under any Applicable Restriction, as determined by Dealer in its reasonable discretion, minus (B) 1% of the number of Shares outstanding.

  • Target Amount is defined in Section 4.3(b)(i).

  • Vested Percentage means the sum of the following percentages: (i) 2% multiplied by your Years of Service, plus (ii) 8% multiplied by the number of Years you have been designated a participant in the Plan; provided, however, (w) prior to completing five Years of Service the Vested Percentage is 0,(x) on or prior to your fiftieth birthday your Vested Percentage may not exceed 50%, (y) on or prior to each of your birthdays following your fiftieth birthday your Vested Percentage may not exceed the sum of 50% plus the product obtained by multiplying 5% by the number of birthdays that have occurred following your fiftieth birthday, and (z) your Vested Percentage in no event may exceed 100%.
