Incentive Percentage definition

Incentive Percentage means the pre-established award formula established by the Committee which specifies a percentage of a pool of funds, as determined by the Committee, to be paid as an Incentive Plan Award.
Incentive Percentage means the number determined by the Committee as the percentage of a Participant's annual rate of salary in effect for the last full payroll period of the Performance Period to be paid as an Incentive Plan Award if the specified Performance Goals are achieved. More Definitions of Incentive Percentage

Incentive Percentage means an amount equal to % of the incentive income received by the Och-Ziff Operating Group during the applicable fiscal year, determined in accordance with Sections 2(b)(iii) and (iv).
