In-patient definition

In-patient means a person admitted to a hospital as a resident or bed- patient and who is provided at least one day's room and board by the hospital.
In-patient means an Insured Person who is admitted to a Hospital and stays for at least 24 hours for the sole purpose of receiving treatment.

In-patient means the person(s) named in the Schedule to this Policy who is/are admitted to Hospital/Nursing Home and stays for at least 24 hours for the sole purpose of receiving medical treatment covered under the Policy.
