Improvements and Betterments definition

Improvements and Betterments means: (i) all Fixtures, if any, installed at the expense of Tenant, whether installed by Tenant or by Landlord (i.e., excluding any Fixtures paid for by Landlord directly or by way of an allowance); and (ii) all carpeting in the Demised Premises.
Improvements and Betterments. Means, additions or changes made by a Named Insured / lessee at their own expense to a building they are occupying that enhance the building’s value.

Improvements and Betterments means those enhancements, renovations or modifications to the Unit during construction by the builder or at a later date, which increases the kind, quantity or quality of the finishing, materials, fixtures or construction over that of a standard Unit as constructed by the original builder;
