Improvement Patents definition

Improvement Patents means any Patents claiming inventions relating to the Compound or any Product (including, without limitation, use, formulation and, to the extent solely applicable to Product, manufacturing), patent applications of which are filed after the Effective Date.
Improvement Patents means any patents or patent applications which generically or specifically claim any Improvements which are developed by the Licensee, or to which the Licensee party otherwise has the right to grant licences, now or in the future.
Improvement Patents means patents and patent applications that claim Improvements;

More Definitions of Improvement Patents

Improvement Patents means any patent application and any patents issuing thereon throughout the world including any extensions, renewals, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, patents of addition and/or reissues thereof filed upon an Improvement, and to which the Foundation or URC had the right to grant licenses during the term of the Prior License Agreement.
Improvement Patents means all Patents owned or Controlled by GeoVax claiming or covering any (i) use of Gedeptin® or its manufacture with a first priority date that is on or after the Effective Date, or (ii) a Know-How Improvement arising on or after the Effective Date that is not covered by (i) above.
Improvement Patents means the patents and patent applications claiming Improvements, and any reissue, divisional, continuation, continuation-in-part or reexamination certificate thereof. During the Term, all Improvement Patents shall be set forth in Exhibit 1.20.
Improvement Patents means any patented or patent-pending improvements made by or for Company or its Affiliates to the HP Technology, whether such improvements are created by way of optimization, enhancement or otherwise, and includes without limitation any patentable inventions: (i) used in manufacturing, or otherwise incorporated in, a Licensed Product: (ii) that was created with reference to the HP Technology; or (iii) that otherwise requires the practice of any Assignable Patent.

During the Term, all Improvement Patents shall be set forth in Schedule 1.21, as updated from time to time pursuant to Section 8.1.3.
